Shipping

For deliveries to Germany, shipping costs are:

Standard Shipping - €4.99 EUR

We ship all parcels within Germany over €100 for FREE.

For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs are:

Standard shipping DHL 0kg–5kg - €10.41 EUR
Standardversand DHL 5kg–10kg - €11.90 EUR
Standardversand DHL 10kg–25kg - €12.90 EUR

Separate shipping costs and conditions apply to our business customers and partners. These are listed under Shisha wholesale.

Shipment

Your order will be quickly made ready for dispatch and handed over to DHL. This is how we ensure that your package arrives in 1-2 business days is with you. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Shipping to a parcel station is possible.
Simply select the item "Delivery address differs from billing address" in the checkout process and select the Packstation.
